Ingredients

  • Semolina – 1 glass
  • Milk – 1 glass
  • White cabbage – 1 kg
  • Bulb onions – 1-2 pcs.
  • Butter – 200 g
  • Chicken egg – 2 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Turn on the oven. Finely chop the cabbage, salt, and mash well. Stir semolina and milk.
  2. Peel and wash the onion. Cut into cubes. Heat a frying pan. Pour in vegetable oil. Fry the onion, stirring occasionally, until transparent.
  3. Melt the butter and pour it into the semolina. Stir.
  4. Drive 2 eggs into the prepared semolina. Stir. Add salt and pepper. Stir. Add stewed onions and cabbage. Stir well.
  5. Grease the form with oil, put the mass. Bake the cabbage casserole in an oven preheated to 220-230 degrees for 25-30 minutes. until golden brown.
  6. Ready-made cabbage casserole.
