- 750 g Brussels sprouts
- 2 onions)

- 200 g Cabanossi
- 30 grams flour
- 125 ml broth
- 125 ml milk
- 100 g cream cheese
- pepper
- nutmeg
- thyme

- Clean the Brussels sprouts, remove the outer leaves, cut the stalk crosswise, wash and boil in salted water for 15 minutes. Cut the Cabanossi into slices and dice the onions.
- Fry the onion cubes with the Cabanossi slices in oil. Heat the fat in a second saucepan, sauté with the flour and add 125 ml of stock and 125 ml of milk. Add the processed cheese and season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and thyme.
- Place the Brussels sprouts with the Cabanossi and onions in a baking dish, pour the cheese sauce over them and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 225 ° C.
- Tip: Instead of Cabanossi, you can also use Kasselerfleisch.
