- 500 g Brussels sprouts
- 300 g potato (s)
- Salt water
- 150 g cooked ham
- 5 cherry tomato (s)
- 100 g cheese, rated
- butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 100 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon curry
- salt and pepper

- Peel and dice the potatoes and cook in salted water for about 10 minutes. Clean the Brussels sprouts and cook in salted water for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, cut the ham and cut the tomatoes into cubes.
- Mix the potatoes with the Brussels sprouts, boiled ham and diced cherry tomatoes in a baking dish.
- Melt some butter in a saucepan and add a spoonful of flour. Add some cooking water from the Brussels sprouts and keep stirring. Add enough cabbage and milk to make a creamy sauce. Season to taste with curry, salt and pepper.
- Pour this sauce over the potato and Brussels sprouts mixture, sprinkle with cheese and bake in the oven at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat) for about 20 minutes.
