  • 500 g nocchi, from the cold teak

Instructions

  1. Clean the Brussels sprouts, cut the stalk crosswise and cook in salted water until firm to the bite. Cook the gnocchi according to the instructions on the packet. Cut the onions into not too small cubes and sauté with the ham cubes in a teaspoon of oil. Mix the Brussels sprouts, gnocchi and onion and bacon mixture together in a lightly greased casserole dish. If you like, you can taste it with freshly ground black pepper. Mix the crème fraîche with the cheese and spread on the casserole.
  2. Baked in the middle of the oven at 250 ° for about 15 to 20 minutes, depending on how brown you want the crust to be.
