- 1 kg Brussels sprouts
- 1 cup cream or sour cream
- 250 g cheese, rated
- 500 g minced meat, beef or mixed
- 1 onion (s)
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- Paprika powder, noble sweet
- sugar
- possibly milk

- Peel and quarter the potatoes and cut into pieces. Clean and halve the Brussels sprouts and cook them with the potatoes with nutmeg, sugar and salt for 10 minutes.
- Dice the onion and fry with the minced meat. Season with salt and paprika at the end.
- Mix the cheese with the cream (or sour cream, then add a little milk), nutmeg, salt, pepper and a little paprika.
- In a greased casserole dish, first fill the potatoes and Brussels sprouts, then the minced meat and then the cheese mixture.
- Bake everything in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 180-200 ° C.
