- g 1,000 white cabbae
- 2 thick vegetable onion (s)
- 1 teaspoon oil
- 125 ml water
- 2 tablespoon tomato paste
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder, noble sweet and hot pink
- sugar

- Cut or slice the cabbage into strips, wash and drain. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the diced onions and sauté until golden. Then add water and cabbage and cook until cooked. Season to taste with tomato paste, salt, pepper, paprika and sugar.
- Serve the cabbage hot or cold. Also suitable for a diet.
