Ingredients

• 300 g turkey breast or chicken breast
• 1 egg (s)
• 1 medium onion (s)
• 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
• 2 teaspoons mustard (preferably Dijon mustard)
• Tabasco, some splashes it
• 2 tablespoon parsley
• salt
• pepper
• some oil for frying

Instructions

1. Process the meat into minced meat in the meat grinder - alternatively, buy ready-made minced poultry meat from the butcher. Process together with the other ingredients into a minced meat batter. Use this to form 4-6 medium to small meatballs. Fry both sides in the heated oil until the meat is cooked through (important for poultry!).
2. Boiled potatoes with a sauce (e.g. red wine sauce) or potato salad taste great as a side dish.
