Instructions

  1. Shave about half of the parmesan cheese. Finely grate the rest of the parmesan. Peel the garlic and chop in to fine slithers. Mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, Worcester sauce, garlic and the grated Parmesan. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  2. Wash the meat and pat dry. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the meat for about 5 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper and remove.
  3. Cut the rolls open and toast or roast them in a preheated oven at 200 ° C (top / bottom heat, convection 175 ° C) until crispy.
  4. Clean, wash and drain the lettuce. Pluck larger leaves smaller. Cut the meat diagonally into thin slices.
  5. Brush the lower half of the bun with a little sauce. Layer the lettuce leaves and meat alternately on top. In between, drizzle with a little sauce and sprinkle with parmesan shavings. Cover with the upper half of the burger and serve.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
