Ingredients

  • 50 g suar, brown
  • 1 cinnamon stick (s)
  • 5 carnation (s)
  • 1 small Piece (s) orange (s), organic, the peel it
  • 60 g coffee powder, round
  • 1 liter water

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, add 1 liter of water, brown sugar, cinnamon stick, carnations, and orange peel. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to medium and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the coffee powder and continue cooking for 3 minutes over medium heat.
  3. Remove from heat and let steep for 5 minutes.
  4. Pour through a sieve into cups and serve hot.
