- 50 g suar, brown
- 1 cinnamon stick (s)
- 5 carnation (s)
- 1 small Piece (s) orange (s), organic, the peel it
- 60 g coffee powder, round
- 1 liter water

- Boil the sugar, cinnamon, cloves and orange peel with 1 liter of water in a saucepan. Let everything simmer for 5 minutes. Then add the coffee powder and cook for 3 minutes.
- Take the pot off the stove and let it steep for another 5 minutes.
- Pass through a sieve and pour into cups while hot.
