Ingredients

  • 60 g biscuit (s), amaretti (almond biscuits)
  • 200 g whipped cream, (cream)
  • 160 g marzipan paste
  • 400 ml coffee, (hot)
  • 2 pinches cinnamon
  • possibly amaretto
  • possibly milk
  • possibly sugar

Instructions

  1. Cut marzipan paste into small pieces.
  2. Add marzipan pieces to hot coffee and stir until smooth.
  3. Add cinnamon and stir to combine.
  4. Whip cream until stiff peaks form.
  5. Put amaretti biscuits in a plastic bag and crush into fine crumbs.
  6. Divide coffee mixture between 4 glasses.
  7. Top each glass with whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed amaretti crumbs.
  8. If desired, stir in milk and amaretto to taste. Add sugar to taste if the drink needs sweetening.
