Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon orange juice, freshly squeezed
  • 0.5 liter ½ coffee, boiled, hot, strong
  • 4 cl orange liqueur
  • 1 piece (s) orange (s) - peel, unsprayed, as required

Instructions

  1. Thinly peel the orange skin, removing just the colored zest and avoiding the white pith.
  2. Pour the orange juice and hot coffee into a small saucepan and add the orange peel.
  3. Heat over medium heat for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until warmed through.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the orange liqueur.
  5. Sweeten to taste if desired.
  6. Pour into cups and drink immediately.
