Ingredients

  • 5 lime (s), untreated
  • 2 bottles ginger ale
  • 1 bottle sparkling wine, alcohol-free
  • 200 ml rum, white
  • Sugar, brown
  • Ice, cube or crash ice

Instructions

  1. Wash the limes thoroughly and cut them into eighths. Then place in the punch bowl and pound lightly with a wooden spoon or whisk. Now cover the limes generously with brown sugar.
  2. Add the rum and let the fruits stand in a cool place for 2 to 3 hours.
  3. Then pour ginger ale on top. Just before serving, add the sparkling wine and ice cream.
  4. Non-alcoholic sparkling wine is recommended in summer.
