Ingredients
- 5 lime (s), untreated
- 2 bottles ginger ale
- 1 bottle sparkling wine, alcohol-free
- 200 ml rum, white
- Sugar, brown
- Ice, cube or crash ice

- Wash the limes thoroughly and cut them into eighths. Then place in the punch bowl and pound lightly with a wooden spoon or whisk. Now cover the limes generously with brown sugar.
- Add the rum and let the fruits stand in a cool place for 2 to 3 hours.
- Then pour ginger ale on top. Just before serving, add the sparkling wine and ice cream.
- Non-alcoholic sparkling wine is recommended in summer.
