• 4 egg (s)
• 200 g oil, neutral
• 160 g suar
• 1 apple, grated
• 2 carrot (s), grated
• 100 g hazelnuts or rated almonds
• 100 g chocolate, dark, rated or sliced
• 200 g flour
• 1 packet baking powder
• Fat, for the shape
• Semolina or breadcrumbs to sprinkle on

Instructions

1. Mix all ingredients together. Grease the bundt pan and sprinkle with semolina or breadcrumbs. Pour in the dough and bake at 175 degrees top / bottom heat for about 60 minutes. Make a chopstick test.
2. It can also be baked in a springform pan, please do the chopstick test earlier (after approx. 45-50 minutes), as this will shorten the baking time.
