Cake “Strawberry”

Cake “Strawberry” is a delicious biscuit layer cake with strawberries. You will have to try to cook it, but it’s worth it. I am telling you how to make Strawberry cake at home.

Ingredients

  • Eggs – 12 Pieces
  • Sugar – 3 Glasses (2 – in cake, 1 – in cream)
  • Flour – 2 Glasses
  • Fat cream – 1 Glass
  • Cream cheese – 240 Grams
  • Strawberry – 2 Kilograms
  • Chocolate – – To taste

Directions

  1. Cover two rectangular baking dishes with parchment paper.
  2. Beat 12 eggs and 2 cups of sugar in a bowl with an electric mixer. Beat for about 10 minutes at high speed. The mass should increase in volume by 3 times.
  3. Add flour to the mixture.
  4. Mix gently with a spatula.
  5. Divide the dough into two lined baking dishes. Bake for 17-20 minutes at 175 degrees until a dry toothpick.
  6. Cool the finished cake layers first in a baking dish, then on a wire rack.
  7. Wash strawberries, chop randomly, put them in a blender bowl and chop until smooth.
  8. Beat the cream cheese with a glass of sugar until a homogeneous thick mass (literally 1 minute).
  9. Add a glass of heavy cream and beat for another 2-3 minutes until airy.
  10. Cut each biscuit cake in half lengthwise.
  11. We form the cake in layers in the following order: biscuit – strawberry puree – butter cream – biscuit – strawberry puree – butter cream – biscuit, etc. The last should be a layer of buttercream, they need to evenly coat the entire cake on top and sides.
  12. All that remains is to decorate the cake with fresh strawberries, as well as chocolate or chocolate icing. Then we send the cake to the refrigerator to harden and soak for at least a few hours, after which the cake can be served.
