Ingredients
- 500 g strawberries, halved or quartered
- honey or vanilla sugar
- Liqueur
- 500 g quark or yohurt cream, puddin, cream or mascarpone
- 2 tablespoons ladyfingers or biscuit crumbs per glass
- 1 tablespoon sauce, (chocolate sauce or grated chocolate) per glass

- Clean the strawberries, halve or quarter depending on the size, flavor as desired.
- While you are marinating, making cream or pudding, e.g. 500g low-fat quark, cream quark or mascarpone with honey, vanilla sugar, Whip up the liqueur. It goes very quickly with a 500g jar of yogurt you bought, e.g. coconut, poppy seed, stracciatella or chocolate yogurt (in the order we like it).
- Layer in 4-6 glasses, e.g. whiskey tumbler, in the following: strawberries, crumbs, cream, strawberries, crumbs, cream, on top again the most beautiful strawberries. Decorate with 1 tablespoon of chocolate sauce or grated chocolate per glass.
- Tip:
- If you want to do without alcohol in the strawberry marinade and the cream, a layer of egg liqueur tastes very good at the end; you can leave it out for the children`s portions.
- Leftover portions are also a pleasant breakfast or a small snack between meals.
