Instructions

First remove the oven rack from the oven, preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Carefully grease six small (200 ml) canning jars in the shape of a tulip.
Mix the soft butter with the sugar until frothy, gradually add the eggs one by one and keep stirring until a very good foam mixture is formed. Mix the cocoa powder with the flour, sieve (important!) And stir into the foam mixture. Distribute the chocolate dough evenly on the prepared glasses. Press a caramel drop into each glass.
Place the cold oven rack on the middle rack of the preheated oven and place the glasses on it. Bake the chocolate toffee cake for about 15 minutes. Take out of the oven, let cool down a bit, then dust with powdered sugar and serve as dessert while still warm in the glass.
Serve with a lightly whipped vanilla cream and / or garnish with fruit.
Tip: If you want to topple the chocolate toffee cakes, use small tumbler jars or greased coffee cups.
