  • 180 g suar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 4 egg (s)
  • 1 packet baking powder
  • 200 g flour
  • 1 cup eggnog
  • 250 g chocolate flakes (1/2 dark, 1/2 whole milk)
  • some powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Roughly whisk the butter, sugar and eggs together. Stir in the baking powder and flour. Finally, add the egg liqueur and the chocolate shavings.
  2. Bake the whole thing for 1 hour at 170 ° C, 1/2 hour before the cake is ready, cover with aluminum foil. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
