• 3 pieces sausage, coarse or fine
• 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
• 250 ml cream
• 0.5 ½ cube sauce (gravy)
• 100 g cream cheese
• 100 ml white wine, approximate amount

Instructions

1. Cut the sausages into small slices. Clean, wash and cut the peppers into small pieces.
2. Brown the sausage in a pan in a little oil, add the pepper pieces and fry a little. Now pour in the cream and add the gravy cube, bring to the boil, when the sauce cube is dissolved, season with white wine. Then add the processed cheese and simmer until the cheese has melted.
3. Noodles or rice go well with this.
