Beautiful, neat canapes with different fillings are an excellent appetizer for a festive buffet table. Thanks to small delicious sandwiches with red fish, any festive table will “sparkle” with new colors.
Ingredients
Black bread – 8-10 slices
Salted red fish (salmon) – 80-100 g
Fresh cucumber – 1/3 pc.
Green onion (green part) – 1-2 feathers
Butter – 50 g
Fresh dill – 1 sprig
How to make red fish canapes:
Directions
From slices of brown bread, using molds, we make the basis for future canapes.
Dry the bread in the oven at a temperature of 150 degrees for 15 minutes.
Cut the cucumber into thin slices. Mix the butter with finely chopped dill.
Spread the fragrant butter on the canapé slices.
Cut the salted red fish into thin slices of any shape.
We form the canapes. We make half with cucumber and fish. The second half is without a cucumber. On the dried bread, spread with butter, put cucumber slices, salmon, and a piece of green onion feather on top. We fix the filling with special sticks (skewers).
On the second half of the dried bread, spread with butter, we beautifully lay stripes of red fish. Garnish with a green onion feather if desired. We also fix the filling with skewers.
