Ingredients

  • 400 g cherry (s) (lass), unsweetened
  • 20 ml rum (about a small shot glass)
  • 5 tablespoon sugar
  • 225 g quark (low-fat quark)
  • 250 g yourt, low-fat
  • 60 ml milk, low-fat
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla sugar
  • 1 vanilla pod (s)

Instructions

  1. Drain the cherries. Then drizzle with the rum and let it steep for about 10 minutes. Melt the sugar in a pan, add the cherries and candy while stirring.
  2. Mix the quark with the yogurt, milk and vanilla sugar. Slit the vanilla pod lengthways, scrape out the pulp with a knife and stir in.
  3. Serve candied cherries with vanilla cream.
