Ingredients
Canned fish – 300 g
Potatoes – 4 pcs.
Green onions – 1 bunch
Bay leaf – 1 pc.
Black peppercorns – 2-3 pcs.
Salt – 0.5 teaspoon (to taste)
Water – 1 l
How to make canned fish soup:
Directions
Peel the potatoes, wash and cut into cubes.
Pour water into the pot where the soup will be boiled. Put a saucepan on the fire and bring water to a boil. Put chopped potatoes in boiling water.
Boil the potatoes for 15 minutes, skimming off the foam.
Add canned fish, bay leaves, and peppercorns. Cook for a couple more minutes. Now the soup can be salted, taking into account the salinity of the canned fish.
Canned fish soup is ready.
For serving, chop the green onion feathers (it is most convenient to cut with kitchen scissors).
