Ingredients

  • 3 kg zucchini
  • 1 kg onion (s)
  • 2 bell peppers, red and yellow
  • 3 cup / s white wine vinegar
  • 3 cup / s sugar
  • 2 ½ tablespoon mustard seeds

Instructions

  1. Cut the zucchini, onion & bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Add wine vinegar, sugar & mustard seeds and let steep for 1/2 day.
  3. Then bring the whole thing to a boil in a saucepan.
  4. Now fill the whole thing into clean screw-top jars and turn the closed jars upside down for at least 10-15 minutes.
