  • 1 can (s) white beans (nelini), cooked, drained
  • 1 can tuna, in its own juice, drained and torn apart
  • 0.5 can ½ (s) tomato (s), chopped OR
  • 2 tomato (s) (vine tomatoes), pitted, chopped
  • 1 onion (s), red, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sage, chopped, fresher
  • 1 stick celery, chopped
  • 1 pinch (s) sugar
  • salt and pepper
  • Vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • olive oil

Instructions

  1. Mix everything, let it flow, done.
  2. Tastes wonderfully slightly chilled with toasted white bread, grilled meat, fish and a glass of Riesling or rosé.
