Ingredients

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 200 g ham (Katenschinken), diced
  • 1 large can tomato (s), diced
  • 3 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 onion (s), small
  • 200 ml bechamel sauce (tetrapack)
  • 20 cannelloni, without cooking
  • 300 g cheese, rated
  • salt
  • pepper
  • sugar

Instructions

  1. Fry the minced meat, diced ham and thinly sliced onion rings together and sauté a little.
  2. Stir in the diced tomatoes and tomato paste. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a pinch of sugar.
  3. Fill the uncooked cannelloni with the mixture and layer them in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the rest of the mixture over it.
  5. Pour bechamel sauce over them and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° for about 30 minutes.
