Ingredients

  • 300 grams cantuccini
  • 15 tablespoon amaretto
  • 500 g mascarpone
  • 250 g cream
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 1 can peach (s)
  • 100 g flaked almonds
  • 15 g butter
  • 20 g suar

Instructions

  1. Place the cantuccini in a flat baking dish and drizzle with 10 tablespoons of amaretto. It is best to let it steep the evening before and overnight.
  2. Mix the mascarpone, liquid cream, 5 tablespoon amaretto and vanilla sugar together and spread over the cantuccini in the baking dish.
  3. Cut the peaches into wedges and spread them on the cream.
  4. Caramelize the almond flakes with butter and sugar (you can do it the day before) and pour over the peaches.
