Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta until al dente according to the instructions on the packet.
  2. Melt 80 g butter in a saucepan (but do not brown!) And distribute 40 g butter cut into curls or flakes on the serving plates.
  3. The finished noodles are tossed in the melted butter together with white pepper, salt and 2/3 of the freshly grated Parmesan. Then place the pasta on the serving plates and serve sprinkled with the rest of the parmesan.
  4. Note: The capellini (very thin spaghetti) only need 3 minutes to cook. Provided that the water is boiling and the parmesan has already been grated, you can create a hearty dish in just 4 minutes. Regular spaghetti is also good, but it takes a little longer. The actual working hours are the same.

About Editorial Staff

The Boss Kitchen editorial staff oversees content review, fact-checking, and recipe verification across the site. Published articles pass through the editorial team before going live, ensuring ingredient lists, techniques, cooking times, and nutritional claims hold up in a home kitchen. The team coordinates contributions across the site writers, handles reader corrections, and maintains consistency in measurement conventions, safety guidance, and dietary labeling. Posts under this byline typically represent team-reviewed reference material, site announcements, or editorial roundups rather than individual-author features, and they are held to the same sourcing standards as bylined recipe and product coverage.
