Ingredients
- 250 g quark
- 150 g natural yourt
- 50 g suar, (more dependin on your taste)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 250 ml cream
- 4 tablespoon coffee powder (cappuccino)
For the set:
- Chocolate sprinkles
- mint

- Whip the cream. Mix the quark, yogurt, sugar and vanilla sugar together. Fold in the cream. Stir the cappuccino powder into half of the cream. Pour the white cream into four dessert bowls and distribute the brown cream on top. Put in a cool place.
- Sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles and garnish with mint leaves before serving.
