Ingredients

  • 2 packs mozzarella
  • 2 large tomato (s)
  • 1 avocado (s), ripe
  • 2 tablespoon basil, fresh or frozen
  • 1 clove garlic, depending on taste
  • 5 tablespoon balsamic vinegar, red
  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 1 pinch (s) pepper

Instructions

  1. First of all, peel the garlic and finely chop or press it. Then best place the garlic in a screw-top jar so that the marinade can be mixed well. But a bowl can do it too, if necessary. Then finely chop the basil to the garlic add the balsamic vinegar and the olive oil! Shake the whole thing in the screw jar well so that the vinegar and oil combine well! Then let stand for about 5 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, peel the avocado and cut into thin slices, cut the mozzarella and tomatoes into thin slices. Now arrange the avocado, tomatoes and mozzarella alternately in a circle on a plate. Salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Shake the marinade well again and use a spoon to drizzle over the tomatoes, avocado and mozzarella.
  4. Fresh baguette, ciabatta or crust bread go well with it.
