Ingredients

Instructions

Puree the mozzarella cubes with the mascarpone and cream and season with a little salt.
Puree the date tomatoes (alternative cherry or normal tomatoes) with the olive oil and a few basil leaves and season with a little salt and freshly ground pepper.
Pour the mozzarella, mascarpone and cream mixture into glasses and place the pureed tomatoes on top.
Garnish with a leaf of basil.
