Ingredients

  • 150 g mozzarella (buffalo), cut into small cubes
  • 150 g mascarpone
  • 0.5 dl ½ cream
  • 150 g tomato (s) (date tomatoes), finely diced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
  • basil

Instructions

  1. Puree the mozzarella cubes with the mascarpone and cream and season with a little salt.
  2. Puree the date tomatoes (alternative cherry or normal tomatoes) with the olive oil and a few basil leaves and season with a little salt and freshly ground pepper.
  3. Pour the mozzarella, mascarpone and cream mixture into glasses and place the pureed tomatoes on top.
  4. Garnish with a leaf of basil.
