Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas and cut in half lengthways.
  2. Heat the butter with the sugar in a pan until the sugar melts and slowly turns brown. Place the banana halves flat side down in the pan and caramelize from below. When they are slightly brown at the bottom, add the coconut milk, bring to the boil briefly and serve immediately.
