  • Honey – 50 g

Instructions

  1. Peel the shallots and cut each lengthwise into 4 pieces.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F).
  3. Place the shallots on a baking sheet and pour over 50 g honey.
  4. Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 25 minutes until caramelized.
  5. Cool to room temperature, then refrigerate.
