Ingredients
- 25 g caraway seeds
- 5 g anise
- 8 g licorice root
- 125 g suar, or rock candy
- 700 ml schnapps (grain)

- Mix everything and let it steep for 6 weeks in a closed vessel. Then pour through a tea or coffee filter and bottle. Can also be made with vodka instead of grain.
