Ingredients

  • 20 g caraway seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 100 g rock suar
  • 700 ml schnapps, (double grain)

Instructions

  1. Approach:
  2. Coarsely crush the caraway seeds and coriander or briefly grind them in a coffee grinder.
  3. Pour into a large bottle, add the rock sugar and top up with alcohol.
  4. Place in a sunny place for 4 - 5 weeks, shake several times, then filter and fill into a prepared bottle.
  5. After another 2 weeks, this wholesome, calming liqueur is ready to drink.
