Ingredients

  • 1 onion (s)
  • 300 g minced meat
  • 250 g noodles (butterfly noodles)
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 0.5 ½ bottle tomato ketchup or a little more

  • 5 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoon vinegar (red wine vinegar)
  • Lemon juice
  • sugar
  • 1 small Jar cucumber (cornichons)
  • 1 small Glass baby corn

Instructions

  1. Cooking pasta
  2. Steam the onion until translucent. Fry the minced meat with salt and a lot of cayenne pepper until crumbly. Add ketchup.
  3. Put the pasta and minced meat in a bowl, mix and let cool. Chop the gherkins and corncobs and add.
  4. Salad dressing: Mix olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon, salt, pepper and sugar and pour over the pasta and minced meat salad, mix and best serve with white bread.
