Ingredients

  • 125 ml salad cream (Miracel Whip)
  • 2 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard, medium hot
  • 1 small Glass cognac, alternatively good brandy
  • 1 tablespoon paprika powder, hot pink
  • 1 tablespoon chili sauce

Instructions

  1. Arrange the fillet slices decoratively on four plates. Mix the ingredients for the sauce well with a blender and distribute the sauce evenly over the meat.
  2. I serve with caviar bread or breadsticks.
