Ingredients
- 0.5 ½ carrot (s), coarsely grated
- 0.5 ½ celeriac, approx. 250 g, coarsely grated
- 2 small onions, diced
- 1 clove (s) garlic, pressed
- 75 g oatmeal
- 60 g flour
- 1 egg (s)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ nutmeg
- 0.5 ½ bunch parsley, cut into small pieces
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper
- Olive oil, for frying

- In a bowl, mix the celeriac, carrots, onions, garlic with egg, nutmeg, salt, pepper and parsley.
- Shape patties with wet hands and slowly fry in olive oil over a low heat.
- Salad goes well with it.
