Ingredients

  • 500 g carrot (s), peeled
  • 2 pear (s), cut into cubes
  • 100 g cheese (Gruyère), cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoon almond flakes, roasted without fat
  • 0.5 ½ bunch chives, cut into rolls

For the dressing:

  • 4 tablespoon rapeseed oil
  • 6 tablespoon sour cream
  • 6 tablespoon broth
  • 2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • salt

Instructions

  1. For the dressing, whisk all the ingredients together well.
  2. Grate the carrots on the hash browns in a bowl and mix immediately with the dressing together with the pear cubes. Fold in the cheese cubes. Let the salad stand for about 10-15 minutes. Before serving, mix in the chives and sprinkle with the flaked almonds.
  3. Instead of Gruyère cheese, you can also use another cheese. For example, I also like a Vacherin Fribourgeois.
