  • 1 tablespoon honey, liquid
  • 1 dash lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 dash sesame oil, or other nut oil
  • 2 pinches black pepper
  • 1 pinch (s) cinnamon powder, depending on your taste
  • 1 pinch (s) salt
  • 2 walnuts, roughly chopped

Instructions

  1. Put the carrots and persimmons in a bowl. Honey, oil, lemon juice
  2. and add the pepper, mix, season with a little salt and possibly a little cinnamon.
  3. Scatter walnuts on top.
  4. Tastes sweet / tart.
