Ingredients

  • 500 g carrot (s)
  • 500 g potato (s)
  • 1 can French beans
  • 2 thick onion (s)
  • 2 packs Mettenden
  • some salt and pepper
  • 0.5 ½ bunch parsley
  • 500 ml vegetable stock

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and carrots and cut them into pieces. Peel the onion and cut into cubes.
  2. Layer the vegetables in a saucepan. Proceed as follows: carrots, potatoes, green beans, onions and, as the last layer, the finely chopped beetroot. Top up with broth so that everything is covered. Let simmer on medium heat for about 30-45 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, season to taste. Garnish with parsley.
