- 200 g carrot (s)
- 100 g zucchini
- 2 tablespoon wholemeal flour
- 1 egg (s)
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ rosemary, chopped
- 0.5 teaspoon ½ oregano, chopped
- some salt and pepper
- some nutmeg
- some oil, for frying

- Peel the carrots. Grate the carrots and zucchini. Mix the rasp with the flour, egg, rosemary and oregano. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
- Form 4 hash browns and fry them in hot oil for 5 - 10 minutes until golden brown.
