  • 200 g carrot (s)
  • 100 g zucchini
  • 2 tablespoon wholemeal flour
  • 1 egg (s)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ rosemary, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ oregano, chopped
  • some salt and pepper
  • some nutmeg
  • some oil, for frying

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrots. Grate the carrots and zucchini. Mix the rasp with the flour, egg, rosemary and oregano. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
  2. Form 4 hash browns and fry them in hot oil for 5 - 10 minutes until golden brown.
