Carrot Casserole “Sunny”

Ingredients

  • Carrots – 5-6 pcs.
  • Eggs – 4 pcs.
  • Milk – 500 g
  • Sugar – 4 tbsp
  • Butter – 2 tbsp
  • Flour – 2 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon

Directions

  1. Peel and wash the carrots and grate them. Lightly fry the carrots in butter and add a little water to the pan and simmer until soft.
  2. Mix eggs and milk. Cool the stewed carrots and cover with a mixture of milk and eggs, stir thoroughly.
  3. Add flour, sugar, and salt.
  4. Turn on the oven. Lubricate the mold with oil. Pour the mixture into a greased pan. Bake the Sunny carrot casserole in the oven at 180 degrees until golden brown (40-50 minutes).
  5. Carrot casserole “Sunny” is ready.
