Carrot, Celery and Apple Salad

• 0.25 ¼ tuber / n celery
• 2 small carrots
• 1 apple
• 1 tablespoon, heaped sour cream
• 0.5 teaspoon ½ salt
• 1 pinch (s) sugar
• 1 dash balsamic vinegar, lighter

Instructions

1. Peel the celery and carrots and then grate them finely. Peel and roughly grate the apple.
2. Mix all ingredients with sour cream, salt, sugar and vinegar.
