Ingredients

  • 500 g carrot (s), peeled
  • 2 medium onion (s)
  • 750 ml soup, (vegetable soup made from soup cubes)
  • 250 ml whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoon butter or margarine
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s) the juice
  • salt
  • Pepper, whiter

Instructions

  1. Cut the onions and peeled carrots into small cubes and sauté in the melted butter for 5 minutes. Then add the soup and simmer for 15 minutes. Now put the pot aside and puree everything finely with the hand blender, then pour the pot back on the stove and add the cream. Finally, season with salt, white pepper and lemon and pour into soup plates. Garnish with croutons.
