  • 3 tablespoon low-fat quark
  • 1 teaspoon rapeseed oil
  • 2 tablespoon chives, cut into small rolls

Instructions

  1. Finely grate the carrot and mix with the lemon juice. Mix yogurt (1.5% fat) with quark and oil until smooth. Mix in the carrots and chives and season the dip with salt and pepper.
  2. Serve with baked potatoes.
