- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 150 g natural yourt
- 3 tablespoon low-fat quark
- 1 teaspoon rapeseed oil
- 2 tablespoon chives, cut into small rolls
- salt and pepper

- Finely grate the carrot and mix with the lemon juice. Mix yogurt (1.5% fat) with quark and oil until smooth. Mix in the carrots and chives and season the dip with salt and pepper.
- Serve with baked potatoes.
