Instructions

  1. Peel a walnut-sized piece of ginger and grate it finely. Peel and dice the onion. Sweat both in a pan in 50 g butter until translucent.
  2. Peel the carrots and grate finely. Mix the ginger, onion and butter mixture with the grated carrots, cream cheese and spices.
