Ingredients

  • 0.5 ½ apple, tart
  • 3 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 150 ml juice, (carrot juice)
  • 150 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Finely grate the apple and mix with 1 tablespoon lemon juice. Shake the apple, carrot juice, soy milk and maple syrup well in a shaker (or a mason jar with a screw cap). Season to taste with the rest of the lemon juice.
  2. Divide into 2 glasses and serve with a spoon to stir.
