Ingredients

  • 3 medium carrot (s), grated
  • 4 tablespoon hazelnuts, grated
  • some olive oil
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon, leveled curry powder, mild
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and sweat the carrots with curry and nuts in it, then let cool.
  2. Put the cream cheese in a mixing bowl, add the carrot mixture, puree everything well and season with salt.
