  • Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
  • Red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar – 1.5 tbsp
  • Honey – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 teaspoon

  1. Prepare the ingredients you need to make your salad.

  2. Grate the peeled carrots on a Korean carrot grater.
  3. Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds and the stalk. Cut the pulp into thin strips and add to the carrots.
  4. Wash lettuce, cilantro, green onions and green basil leaves, shake and chop finely. Add chopped herbs to salad.
  5. Combine sesame oil, vegetable oil, salt, honey and wine vinegar in a separate container. Stir.
