Carrot Salad with Bell Pepper and Nuts

Carrot salad with bell pepper and nuts – a bright dish with a memorable taste. Thanks to the simplest cooking technology and the use of simple products, such a dish can be cooked regularly and enjoy excellent taste.

Ingredients
- Carrots – 160 g
- Bulgarian red pepper – 100 g
- Lettuce leaves – 30 g
- Walnuts – 20 g
- Green basil – 15 g
- Fresh cilantro – 10 g
- Green onions – 10 g
For refueling:
- Sesame oil – 1 tbsp
- Vegetable oil – 1 tbsp
- Red wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar – 1.5 tbsp
- Honey – 1 tbsp
- Salt – 1 teaspoon
Directions
- Prepare the ingredients you need to make your salad.
- Grate the peeled carrots on a Korean carrot grater.
- Wash the bell pepper, remove the seeds and the stalk. Cut the pulp into thin strips and add to the carrots.
- Wash lettuce, cilantro, green onions and green basil leaves, shake and chop finely. Add chopped herbs to salad.
- Combine sesame oil, vegetable oil, salt, honey and wine vinegar in a separate container. Stir.
- Pour the prepared dressing into the salad and stir it. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.When
- serving, sprinkle chopped nuts on the carrot salad with bell pepper.
