  • Carrots – 400-500 g
  • Olive oil – 50 g
  • Sugar – 1 tbsp
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Nutmeg – 1 pinch

How to make carrot vegetable sauté

Instructions

  1. Wash, peel and cut carrots into 3 mm thick slices.
  2. Heat oil in a frying pan.
  3. Put the carrots in a frying pan with oil, add 30-50 ml of water. Cook the carrots over medium heat, covered for 20 minutes. Stir from time to time.
  4. Add salt, sugar, nutmeg. Mix. Fry for another 5 minutes, covered.
  5. The carrot sauté is done.
