Ingredients

  • 4 banana (s), well ripened
  • 5 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 750 ml juice (carrot juice)
  • 375 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy
  • 5 tablespoon honey, liquid
  • 500 ml kefir
  • Possibly carrot (s) (thin bunch carrots) and apple wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Peel the bananas, cut into pieces, drizzle with lemon juice and puree. Add the carrot juice, apple juice, honey and kefir to the bananas. Mix everything together well. Possibly season again with lemon juice and honey. Chill for about 1 hour. Peel the carrots, leave a little green and wash. Divide the drink between 8 glasses and garnish with carrots and apple wedges.
